Overnight Oats
This is a great breakfast option that can be prepared the night before, saving precious time for those hectic early mornings. It's really easy to put together, just throw all your desired ingredients into a mason jar, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and voila BREAKFAST!
What you'll need:
Mason jar
Oats
Milk - 1%
Greek Vanilla flavored yogurt
Frozen fruit
Any other ingredients you'd like to add - chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, nuts, etc.
Directions:
Place all ingredients into your mason jar, put the lid on and shake! Once its combined, put it into your refrigerator overnight and enjoy!
